You have the right to cancel your purchase made on the website within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Refunds from online orders will not be issued from any House of Amber shop.

As a customer, you have to inform House of Amber unambiguously that you wish to withdraw your purchase, in order to cancel your order. This can be done either by post or email. Below we have included a Cancellation Notice, in which you can state the reason for why you wish to withdraw or exchange the purchase. It is not mandatory to fill out the Cancellation Notice, but the notice will help us develop and learn more about the reason behind the cancellation or exchange.

The Cancellation Notice can be downloaded here.

Right of cancellation requires the items to be returned in the same condition and quantity as originally received. This also includes the packaging. This means that the product will not be considered returned in the same condition and quantity if the packaging is damaged or not included. As a costumer you are therefore responsible for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably. When the packaging is broken, it will cause a deterioration of the sales value. It is therefore important to determine whether you want to keep the items or cancel the purchase before the packaging is broken.

At House of Amber the right of cancellation will not lapse if you use the item(s) within the 14-day cancellation period. However, as a customer you are personally responsible if anything happens with the product(s) during the 14-day period that obviously could reduce the sales value of the product. We may seek compensation from you for any reduction in the value of the product arising from other handling than what is recommended in our Care Instructions and if the products have been used incorrect or undergone other injurious behavior. Please read House of Amber’s Care Instructions. The compensation will be subtracted from the purchase price, before the total price will be disbursed to the costumer. In order to receive the full purchase price, the customer must therefore treat the product(s) as in a physical retail store. The product(s) can be tried out, but not actually be used.
If you choose to cancel the purchase, you must pay return postage.

The customer has to return the product 14 days from the date House of Amber has been informed about the customer’s cancellation request.

Please send the product(s) to:

Oestergade 13, 1st.tr.
1100 Copenhagen K

You cannot simply cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the package; in that case House of Amber needs to be clearly informed about this. Moreover, you can return the products on the address above by prior arrangement.

When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will be returned to your bank account as soon as we have received the returned items and verified that it meets the rules for cancellation. Therefore, it is important that we receive the registration number and account number of your banker as well as a copy of your order confirmation, copies of any previous correspondence etc.

We do not receive packages sent COD.
The right of cancellation is not valid for business purchases.
