Shop Manager - House of Amber Kongens Nytorv

If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as we are looking for a passionate, skilled and high performing Shop Manager to our shop at Kongens Nytorv, Copenhagen. The Shop Manager is responsible for managing the shop in all aspects including motivating the team, creating relations, reach sales objectives, customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, administration and stocking. The Shop Manager is a brand ambassador and is responsible for sales and reports to the Managing Director. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for securing that the shop generates sales and provides excellent customer service.
- Responsible for communicating and maintaining relationships with business partners and other collaborators.
- Manage and coordinate the daily work and operations in the Shop.
- Administrate, train, coach, motivate and manage the team.
- Analysing the sales figures and taking the required actions.
- Making sure that company policies, internal procedures and guidelines are followed.
- Administrative duties such as reporting and communicating with the head office and the shops in Copenhagen.
- Ensure that the shop is presentable and has the appropriate stock of merchandise.


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Solid management background with at least 2 years of managing experience - preferable shop managing for a high end retail brand. 
- Experience from training people in sales and service. 
- Sales driven and a strong desire to achieve results. 
- Organised and service minded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often stressful environment.
- Fluency in English and Danish required (knowledge of Chinese is an advantage).
- Cultural (especially Chinese culture) understanding and experience in working in an international environment.

Part time sales assistant substitutes for House of Amber Stockholm


House of Amber is looking for skilled sales assistant substitutes for our flagship store in Stockholm during the summer period.

Qualifications:

- You are a skilled salesperson, who knows how to uncover the customer's needs, to present a product, close a sale and acknowledge the importance of add-on sales
- You have good language skills, primarily English and Swedish. Knowledge of other languages such as Chinese or European languages is an advantage.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- You are friendly, energetic and presentable
- You are flexible and able to work under pressure at busy times
- You have a flair for presenting and selling products
